Pros

The people are great and they really do try with incentives. The floor team leads really do care and very real when it comes to trying to help you work with what you're given.

Cons

Never consistent pay, HR is a joke. Only care about the bottom line and real people be damned. Pretend to care about making much needed changes but higher ups just make things harder. Restricting processes necessary for the job only to push numbers. Completely backwards scheduling system and unfair promotions. Not much room for promoting from within save for once a year if lucky and favoritism.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
