Pros

It's a bit hard to find the positives in a party where, as a member of the Spanish market, I had the peculiar feeling of being part of the decorated. And not exactly with festive ornaments! There’s no video of our presence, despite the fact that, in our naive exuberance, we were quite evidently the life of the party. Of course, we had to start paying for our drinks at 10 p.m., as if they were suddenly infused with the essence of royalty. Perhaps we're simply not 'company standard' handsome, or maybe the people from Latin America prefer a different brand of charm—one that doesn't come in such a disheveled package. In any case, I do apologize for feeling this way. It’s just that, by now, even the drinks seemed to be eyeing us with a sort of wary judgment—as though they, too, were questioning the very essence of our existence

Cons

It’s rather difficult to form an opinion about the company, especially when one considers the profound silence surrounding the salary issues that plague the Spanish market, and the equally profound silence that greeted our respectful emails of complaint. Truly, it’s enough to make one question the very fabric of the human condition. But I won’t resort to invoking Noam Chomsky and his talk of 'Wage Slavery.' No, let’s keep it simple—let’s talk about the basic standards of civility. Respect and good manners, you see, are either as easy as finding a lamp in a dark room—or as impossible as persuading a chicken to write a dissertation. At this point, I suspect we're facing the latter.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Paid training Always hiring Occasional snacks Some managers are cool

Cons

Lie about base pay and pay structure Most bonus pay is tied to surveys so things outside of your control will screw you. (i.e. customer asking for something your not allowed to do so they rate you badly on the survey.) Office politics and some terrible managers that will go out of their way to get you in trouble.(i.e. You had a technical issue during a call and had to disconnect[not uncommon thing] and they'll bring it up with upper management acting like you hung up for no reason. Schedule will change constantly and often little notice. -Mandatory hour cuts and overtime within 2 weeks of each other -Schedule can shift from M-F 8 to 5 to Thursday to Monday 1 to 10. HR will lead you on about opportunities in other departments but they never actually open for you.
