Pros
Growing very rapidly so opportunities for promotion present themselves frequently. HR is very dedicated and helpful. Innovation and new ideas welcomed. Starting pay (in my experience, at least) was generous.
Cons
Processes and procedures change too frequently - every time employees get used to one way of doing things, the process is revamped. Errors in payroll are common and the amount of time required to resolve issues is substantial. Attrition is high, even for a call-center environment, and there is a general opinion that management would rather terminate an employee than coach through issues.
