      Pros

      There're are some really great people working there, and lost of over time when you need it.

      Cons

      We've just had our letter informing us of our pay deal, 1.5%, the weekly staff turned down 3% plus a bonus, they want 4% and they'll get it, they always do the pay gap between the monthly and weekly gets bigger every year. if the weekly get 4%, then the monthly should also get 4%

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
