Pros
Medical benefits. That’s all. Increment not really high with salary already low. No annual bonus. No 13 month bonus.
Cons
Unstable team. Team member resigned and no backup. Only getting backup when the person already go. Then no time to have knowledge transfer. All burden goes to senior associate. Need to juggle lots of works. Low salary leads to demotivation. Contract staff hardly get to transfer as permanent. Manager said they want to reduce headcount bcos of automation but the workload is still high. Poor stratergy. People burnout.
