Pros
A lot of learning and access to training. A lot of fun and hardworking people. Focus on diversity, culture and events.
Cons
Diversity is not true, a lot of bias and chasing quotas which puts men at disadvantage in some functions. They will promote women just to ‘look’ good and forget about equity and fairness. Everyone is asked to speak up but when you actually do, you’re blacklisted and surveys are heavily ‘edited’ and disguised to win accolades. HR keeps changing signalling poor leadership up top and lack of transparency. Plays favourites and those that stay long do not get necessarily mentored to move up.
