The pay is very competitive with other like companies. Benefits are also competitive and one of the strongest assets that DHL provides.
Cons
The work environment is extremely stressful, with upper management seemingly out of touch or unwilling to communicate the true state of affairs. Various corporate initiatives to improve productivity and decrease costs have met with complete failure due to unrealistic expectations and lack of patience on the part of upper management. The need for instant gratification by senior management has never allowed initiatives to take hold and produce results. Instead, the managers responsible for implementing these initiatives had their hands tied with immediate budget cuts and rampant micromanagement.
