      Pros

      Great company direction with lots of training for employees. Good recognition and fair pay. Great career opportunities.

      Cons

      Like anywhere, if your immediate manager is a pillock, the place is less enjoyable. I had some good and some bad bosses there, but overall would recommend it highly.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
