      Pros

      Good company, training and benefits with DHL. There are opportunities to progress and you will find support from management if you have the right work ethic

      Cons

      Politics is around and if your face doesn't fit, then you will not get on even if you are great at your role. Current VP and one of the directors rule the roost in their department, and they will hinder your career if they do not support you

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
