      Pros

      No weekend work. Start time later than most courier services. It is nice not having someone looking over your shoulder all day.

      Cons

      Work days can be in excess of 12-15 hours per day, everyday. Management does not follow same rules employees are given. Unprofessional workplace with no advancement opportunities. You will never get a raise. Insurance benefits are way too costly to the employee.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
