      Very interesting work environment. People were nice, helpful, caring, and fun Opportunity for leadership roles Extensive training Team oriented environment

      Cons

      Heavily regulated industry (don't screw up) Night shift sucks period Pay is ok for part time Most employees are part time so they don't have to pay benefits Equipment at CVG could use an upgrade Very much a hurry and wait environment on the ramp

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
