Pros

Great culture! and great training program. Many of the supervisors and trainers are friendly.

Cons

Management is not transparent, lots of "TBA" as a result of management completing tasks at a slow pace. VERY HIGH turnover makes the workplace seem unstable. Use of contracted employees who don't receive the same training can cause heavier workload for full time employees when things arent don't right the first time. Many of the calls taken are in an escalation nature, customers are very rude towards our kind of business-management will oversee this, as they do not take calls day in and day out. As a result of management not taking calls to get a feel of the business they often are out of touch of the nature of the work.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Cons

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
