Pros
Get some benefits as a part time employee. Decent pay for a part time position. Interesting work sometimes and new challenges always arise. Opportunities if you are willing to relocate.
Cons
No opportunity for full time promotion locally. Very stingy with hours. There are no advantages for being a part time employee (still have to work 5 days a week, just work 7 hours a day instead of 8 with way less benefits and pay) No consistent schedule, work until 12 am and then required to be back at 630 the next day. Night shift can be very monotonous. Can often be required to stay overnight if plane breaks down
