      honest work , mandatory overtime , it becomes easier if you follow and learn how to process freight. there are many chances to improve your skillset with your management

      Cons

      mandatory overtime is almost everyday , can get back breaking when shipments run into 150+ lbs or holds get very overwhelming

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
