Day to day duties are awful, call after call with some extremely abusive customers and management would never do anything about it. Extremely strict on lunch breaks (would have people messaging you if you were 10 seconds over a break - no exaggeration. Wouldn’t have contract extended, constantly threatened that you’d lose your job if don’t meet sales targets. It should be flagged as a sales job, not just customer service. Couldn’t get holiday off at all - had to just be given your annual leave on days that worked for the company. Managers were all nice but it’s just a completely toxic environment, toxic work culture where employees are exploited. Looking back, now working in a sane and reasonable work environment, I don’t know how I put up with it so long.
