      Pros

      I can think of very little positive to report to be honest. There is so much back door, under the radar stuff that goes on that it isn't even funny.

      Cons

      Sneaky groups and HR use do not post available jobs for all to have a fair shot like they are required. This system is used to promote friends and stunts growth of qualified individuals.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
