Pros

Worked mostly independently, vehicle and fuel card provided, plenty of overtime hours.

Cons

Absolutely horrid, slimy and incompetent management, lowest paid delivery drivers as compared to our competitors, dysfunctional equipment, operates on a penny budget and will not supply drivers with necessary supplies (examples include charge cables for phones, insecticides for German Cockroach infestations in vans, air pump for flat hand cart tires). Good luck trying to find an extra battery here if your scanner dies. Fought for nearly six months for reimbursement for a spare key I had made for their van when I was locked out; despite submitting my receipts directly to my supervisor who was just as shady as the rest of management at this place, and conveniently lost the receipts and copies subsequently submitted. And then to try and get us couriers to work over the weekends to make up for managements' shortcomings and sugarcoating it as if it were a privilege to use our time! This company is absolute garbage, and everything within is a contradiction. It is a shame that their foothold internationally is that much greater than our competitors...

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Pros

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Cons

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
