Pros

24 dollars an hour, good insurance

Cons

You will never be able to see your family working 12+ hour and being written up if you try to leave even if shift was over 2 hours ago, They refer to there workers as “bodies” and reminds you can easily be replaced, try to take away your breaks after first month, management will leave new workers in unsafe conditions to chat or take a smoke break, heard managers call LBGTQ employees slurs and all they received was a week of payed leave and the employees were moved to new sections because the manger was “too important for the company to lose”, if you are a women you will be catcalled from the second you walk in to the second you leave and even if you do report it, you will be told men will be men. I’ve seen people be severely injured and management will have them keep working while they are bleeding and crying. And if you have health conditions they will act like they will work with you , but after the first month they will completely change your job to something you didn’t agree to. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worse enemy

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Pros

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Cons

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
