      Pros

      Commitment of the employees to get the job done is fantastic and in some cases despite management! Brand image is great and opens lots of doors Deutsche Post have deep pockets so security of the company is good

      Cons

      Deutsche Post intervention and German influence was not always supportive or constructive. Senior Management regularly changing was unsettling

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
