Pros

Pay is the only thing thay keeps the handful of employees there. Trauma bonded to each other!

Cons

Management literally treats you like a slave! They want you to do the job of 4 people with no additional pay. Management tells you there are plenty of employees to do the job at less than half staffed. The management treats the hard working employees like garbage yet turns a blind eye to employees stealing company time and sitting on their butts doing nothing. But God forbid a good employee takes a moment to drink or look at their phone and they get jumped all over by management. They lie to your face everyday. They talk to you like a child. The whole environment is depressing and full of pure misery and the high ups are well aware of it. Yet no one even tries to fix it. They bully people. Management mentally abuse people everyday and causes people to go into complete breakdowns then blames the employees. They will tell people they are not the right fit and finds the next sad soul to destroy for their entertainment. If you get hurt you get made fun of or treated like crap. They preach safety yet won't correct issues that make unsafe situations. If you tell them about something being unsafe they tell you to not get hurt and say this is how we do it so more or less, figure it out. DHL has the worst management hands down. Communication doesn't exist but only employees are held accountable for not communicating! I could go on but I'm sure I made my point clear!

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Pros

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Cons

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
