      Pros

      Pay is okay, co-workers are nice. This office might be a way to get your foot in the door; other than that, look elsewhere.

      Cons

      Supervisor has no business being in a supervisory position (how typical is this). The current dispatch software is substandard and subject to crashing. Supervisor/company expect you to handle things you have no control over.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
