      Pros

      If you are flexible to move your home and family you can promote fairly quickly. Good Healthcare. Good people in general.

      Cons

      White middle age men rules the management. Women are generally treated like admins no matter what their job title is. Old fashion. No transparency in terms of pay scale. No matter how much the company grows you are always in crises mode. Unrealistic targets and goals (not SMART).

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
