Pros

Good company, if they don't like you, they will manipulate you to leave the company instead of termination. So start looking for another job when you get the hint. Very difficult to progress unless you know who to suck up to. Or else you will be stuck in your current position for long time. You will be expected to show initiative to their programs that are way above your pay grade. They have employees survey every year but you cannot tell the truth about how you feel towards the company or else they will hunt you down. Management claims there is open door policy however be wary, they will mark you after that.
