      This is the only benefits that the company has good ,401k,sicks days,

      Cons

      the worst management,poor administration, at this moment,they abuse employees more specific in morrisville,North Carolina,They hire you to do office work but is not true ,they send you to work in a warehouse in extreme heat and cold conditions, They are not human they don't care if you are sick ,not allowed to take your lunch,Supervisors only care about themselves; they are only there for the bonuses they get. They don't care about working with employees.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
