Pros

Co workers are nice and helpful. We are all trauma bonded from being gaslighted.

Cons

The role was clearly pitched as remote during interviews, which was a major factor in accepting the job. That promise was quietly reversed, with no direct communication — we were left to figure it out through office gossip. Leadership lacks transparency and avoids difficult conversations. It's incredibly disappointing to see a company that claims to value its people act so carelessly when it comes to basic honesty and communication. The "family-friendly" and "people-first" branding feels hollow. It’s frustrating to watch leadership talk about values they consistently fail to uphold. Big decisions that impact your life are made without warning, discussion, or even acknowledgment. You’re expected to adapt, no questions asked.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Pros

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Cons

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
