Terrible commission plan. Zero flexibility, micro managing is at the highest level, management needs to be coached on how to manage. US field sales needs to be gutted and restructured with new management. They waste so much time doing one on ones, ride days, quarterly business reviews, redundant meetings and so on, leaving time for no real work. They care more about employee opinion survey because management bonuses are based on it. They DO NOT care about people. If you have a suggestion and they get offended, they will retaliate.
