Cons
Salary hike of 3 to 4 % in every 2 to 2.5 years. No anual hikes. They may say annual hike is part of policy but then send internal emails saying hike will be processed next year. Leave policy has changed and you have to use your EL at the year end. Company will be shutdown. If no EL is there then it will be deducted from next year's leaves. So that employs do not have much leaves to encash when they leave the company. They ask to work on their internal products so no individual growth. No team lunch. No gifts what so ever. Not even a single chocolate during festive season. All the steps they are taking is making people leave.
