Pros
Great people in my team across the years, collaborative in nature, and an amazing mentor. Worked from home for the most part; this company follows a virtual-first policy for most employees.
Cons
Sometimes, you would have to stretch beyond your working hours, which was okay. But it became almost a routine for a particular stretch of time, and that was frustrating. Also, the hikes are not regular, so some might be disappointed.
