Pros

3rd Class Company. Apart from Work from Home nothing..

Cons

If you have nothing to do then only join DXC. You can easily do your primary job and primary source of income putting DXC as secondary source. I believe most of the current employers are already doing this. Waste management. Managers don't know anything, they doesn't even know how to manage and handle the team. You find everyone who are here from more then 15+ years with DXC. They don't have any idea about the latest technologies. They don't know how to interact with client. And you will see a lot of favouritism from Manager. If you don't perform well and don't login for the day if you are manager's favorite nothing can touch you. They don't give any hike. Expect hike only once in 2-4 years. Funny thing is the company is not in a situation to give goodies or annual gifts at least. They did not even give me a bag while sending laptop. No projects with them too. I believe DXC will shutdown in next coming 2 years. But i believe management outside India is very far better. That's the reason only DXC is still surviving. They don't value the employees effort and hard work.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
