Pros

Nothing Looks every thing green until resourceis fired Management pretends that you are job is safe Don't even get any doubt until a resource gets a WFR letter

Cons

1. Its not even 6 months that joined this company and i got the Workforce Reduction Letter stating that the company has over staffing. I am a senior professional comes up with 15 years of experience and joined at a managerial level. 2. No planning while on boarding the staff. 3. No logic while exiting the resources and not ready to give any clarifications 4. Really very mad and dangerous company to join. I can confidently say that the new resources will suffer and they the first ones to be existed as if they exit the employees more than 1 year, then the company has to pay good amount severance package. 5. No values and no transparency. Just exit the employees to increase the margins. 6. Overall not a place survive even the resource is highly talented... doors are always open to sent the resource home.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
