Pros
The schedule was extremely flexible. If I needed to take time off, I could either use PTO or swap shifts with another employer. Pay was decent and Benefits were good. You could earn up to $1,800 a year free for your HSA with the company health incentives program.
Cons
Rotating shifts. No promotions. You have to wait for someone to leave, be fired or move up before you can hope to move up yourself.
