Carries over the legacy of HPE and CSC. (As of now ) no change in work culture.
Cons
Should have been more prepared for the merger. They are not even ready for this. They don't have a concrete plan. They don't have strategy to exist in the industry. A company which have started on 1st of April, 2017 have started handing out pink slips to it's employees (that too freshers) just after a fortnight of creating the company. Do they think this will build a trust with the employees. The employees are now suffering from lack of trust and security in the company. The existing projects are fine, but the there are no new projects coming. Even the clients are not sure to commit. Already process/steps of cost-cutting are evident.
