Pros
Nothing at all I'm afraid. If you're a short term investor I suppose it's ok, as an employee it is abysmal.
Cons
Blatant greed by the senior management. No interest in growing the company. Unethical methods and processes. Management don't care about employees, it's a simple case of asset stripping to line their own pockets. I wouldn't be surprised if legal proceedings are brought against them in years to come.
