Pros

1. The spin off into CSRA was much better, if only for the addition of the legacy SRA people, an extremely professional and skilled group of people. 2. Certain teams may be staffed with excellent and professional people that are awesome to work with. (Though management is doing all it can to get rid of them as quickly as possible, they are as competent at that as they are at everything else.) 3. I don't work there anymore and it has really helped me to appreciate working somewhere else much more than I ever could have without having worked at CSC\DXC. 5. Can always serve as a bad example.

Cons

1. Not really racist as per one previous review, they treat almost everyone the same, like they are dung. Don't mistake the fact that they may have treated a few white male employees well. They don't respect anyone or have any loyalty to anyone though they may fake it for a while if it gets them something that they want. 2. Don't bother trying to explain to your new coworkers what it was like to work here, they won't believe you. Or if they did they'd probably refer you to HR for suspicion of a major drug problem for having worked there at all. 3. Note you can't give less than 1 star or it treats it as no rating. Really doesn't deserve even a star.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
