Pros

If you don't work here, that counts as a pro. Bravo. Stay far, far away. Enron would be synonymous if it rhymed with DXC.

Cons

1. Leadership's tolerance of bullying, unspeakable slurs against minorities, and unethical behavior. 2. HR Leadership consists of individuals who target employees for whom they feel threatened by unethically seeking personal information on these same employees not related to work (asking an assistant to get private text messages from the phone of her VP, not to the detriment of the VP but another female) to build a "viable" case against those who are different, as in a powerful female, to essentially move them out of the way as they are potential threats to their positions. 3. The massive RIF plan that is called a synergy, but is essentially an elimination of 45 percent of the workforce over the next five years to create the illusion of a profit of over one billion dollars. Wall Street isn't fooled by your value capture, DXC. 4. Grandiose and disgusting corporate greed awarding top executives with millions in bonuses while they struggle to pay someone in the field more than a McDonald's employee. 5. Adoption of a bogus "Thrive" message by a leader who single handedly plays a role in massive layoffs, turns a side eye to discrimination, bullying, and harassment while cozying up and acquiescing to an executive that would not blink twice to send this individual out the door, and treats her "role" like she is the Leader of a chop shop from the movie John Wick.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
