Great team to work with. Dedicated and passionate about the project.
Cons
Been here for almost 2 years (from HPE ES) and never had a raise so far. Bonus is pretty much non-existent. Quite sad about it. I have only heard of cost cutting measures but not any proactive programs to energize the dedicated and passionate team DXC has. Cost cutting measures like sacking people, saving paper, to even forcing people to take leaves are all short term measures which brings zero benefits to the company in the long run.
