Pros
Very large company, still has many good people working there.
Cons
Corporate policies and approach are optimized for very large government contracts, everyone and everything else pays the price for that. Due to this, it's impossible to take care of the people who work there, or customers; the corporate behemoth simply won't allow such things. Instead, people and entire divisions are treated as cogs in the machine and customers are only worth considering once lawsuits are threatened. Purchased companies will lose their culture and distinctiveness.
