Pros
The people you work with and some of the managers are really great people that try their best to push for the best in the company. Some cool technologies to work with as well.
Cons
No compensation, no salary raises, no bonuses, no anything (in 2 years). Absolute cost cutting environment and policies make it hard to communicate between teams in different locations. Dealing with legacy software that should be replace asap, and too much bureaucracy to get approvals and so on. Too much change because of merges and spins... It is almost impossible to get promotion and evolve in your career, even tough you have very big responsibilities in your hands.
