work-Life balance (at times). But the quality of life that you will have while working here, will not compensate your poor salary by any means.
Cons
No leadership guidance, no salary increases, no performance bonuses, you will be stuck here without any guidance, higher management does not care about their people, people eneded up in DXC because of the merge of CSC and HPES, guess what?? this is just a bigger CSC company with a different name, we dont know who is DXC, we have no identity, it is all a mess, wondering about why our stocks are high? well... ask the board, they may tell yo what they do in order for this company to elevate their stocks.. no future here, please go somewhere else before it's too late for you. Honestly, do not come here.
