Cons
No pay rises, no prospects, poor management, constant rounds of redundancies, limited resources which impacts heavily on delivery. Management blame the staff for failures when in reality it is due to severe lack of investment and constant cuts in experienced staff while employing new people. I'm amazed DXC is still in business but this unlikely to continue unless they change completely.
