Flexible Vacation Telecommute available Most employees are very nice There are no other pros as this company is too messed up!!
Cons
No raises in 5 years even though corporate sends out emails about how well the company is doing. For a technology company, our systems are always messed up making it very difficult to help clients. The better you are at your job, the more work they dump on you. Excuses from management for all those who don’t put in the effort to do even a little work. The response is “all companies have employees like this”. PATHETIC!!!
