Recent new hire of top executive is promising.
Cons
No pay raises in the past few years even and under DXC Technology - no cost of living increases. Haven't had one in 3 years! Traveling business class is no longer policy even if you are traveling out of country, apparently only reserved for top executives. Bonus plan keeps getting chipped away, work harder and earn less. Not keeping up with salaries in this sector and have seen some of the best people leave. Company has managers and not leaders. Career path for a consultant in the field is not clear. Benefits are so so but are also being chipped away.
