Everything else. Cost cutting everywhere, CEO recently announced no bonuses or pay rises - to go along with considerably underpaying resources across the board. Internally systems and processes are a train-wreck. So, although we are marketing ourselves as the "digital transformation" people, there's little of that going on internally - it's all 'lip service'. DXC is still CSC, it's just lipstick on a pig. It's still largely a 'old boys club' with limited women in executive leadership positions. It's a lonely and sad place to work - especially with staff leaving or being made redundant on a weekly basis.
