Pros

- Nobody left to manage you so in charge of your own schedule. - Office has probably gone too so good chance of remote working.

Cons

- Yoi are working with people who have no idea what they are doing. - If you are not physically required for a client facing role then your job will go to someone in Eastern Europe or India who has no idea how to do it. - Literally redundancies every quarter for about past 6 years. - Neve even had appraisals, - No pay rises. Ever. - Cut throat mentality. Arrange a con call to lay off those affected. - IT problems? It will take weeks to get resolved as all done remotely from India. - Nobody to cover you. Take holidays? Your deadlines will remain. - If your colleague is laid off, expect their work to be dumped on you. Repeat. - Never knew motivation levels could be so low. People do their work with as much effort as a battered housewife making a flan. - Genuinely couldn’t be doing a worse job if ran by undercover agents from competitors.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
