Pros
Lots of really good people at the local office who treat you like family. Plenty of free parking in the half empty lot.
Cons
Constant focus on profit has caused the company to forgo maintenance of all types and lay off thousands of employees. Purchasing and hiring processes are entirely broken. Constantly changing processes and procedures. Some leaders manage 80+ people. Corporate bill-paying stopped, so a number of vendors are refusing to provide services. The most recent advice from the CEO in a town hall meeting was "if you don't like it here, leave" and during the same speech he told employees that DXC no longer gives regular raises or bonuses. Employees commonly receive 3-5 year old laptops, and new employees don't get phone numbers for weeks, or even months.
