Pros
Ability to work remotely. Co-workers were great.
Cons
No job security. No raises ever. Employees over-worked with no overtime pay. Management has no idea what employees do therefore layoffs are not based on job performance; talented, dedicated employees are being laid-off with 1 day notice and poor severance package. HR is terrible.
