Pros
Company is in the process of discovering itself. After the spin-merge, there is access to a whole lot of new offerings and capabilities. The process of re-inventing themselves from a traditional IT services company to a modern, nimble and fast transformation company is exciting, if you can handle constantly shifting and changing internal environment.
Cons
Continuously changing internal environment and processes. Senior leaders have lef tin droves over the last few months. New one's are trying to bring their own culture in the orgranization. Chaotic and everyone is waiting for the dust to settle and this has stalled the growth engine of the company. Without growth the pressure is on the cost and the company appears to be in a tailspin.
