Pros

Most of the people in my group were good to work with.

Cons

Hard to tell which is worse, management or lack of technology. Neither are worth anything. Ruthless cutters/no incentive from management. Technology for employees is a joke. I was still receiving emails weekly from a time reporting system that was eliminated TWO years ago. Remote management making decisions for the team I worked on- who had no knowledge of the product or it’s base support needs. Decisions ended badly for one client, rather than take responsibility the key people supporting the product are punished. Hiring is dismal due to low pay and reputation. Performance reviews are a joke - everyone knows just to check the box and move on as these are meaningless. Want to talk to HR - create a text for someone in India to respond to, without answering your question and then closing the request. Travel/expense reporting is a joke - each trip takes 4-5 hours to book and later expense. Need to purchase an item to support your business unit - takes 6 months to get a vendor approved to even open a purchase order. Recent pulse survey of employees, restricted answers to what the company wanted to hear although comments were allowed, those will never be published and more than likely are never read by anyone in management. Interesting that “yellow” is a main logo color, presentations look horrible, not cutting edge. This is a poorly managed and badly run company. Clients and employees should run from this company.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
