Pros
Ability to work from home. Some good co-workers still left.
Cons
Inconsistent business processes/procedures. Managers have no control to positively drive change. Some managers should not be managers especially those that: 1. cannot communicate effectively 2. micro-manage 3. give preferential treatment to employees that are part of their alliance No increases or incentives despite exemplary performance reviews. No financial investment in employees, i.e. training. No team building exercises/initiatives/conferences, etc. Terrible morale - people are dropping like flies!
