Business Outlook
Pros
Large company, theoretically plenty of opportunities to find new assignments. Talks a good talk. If you have the right manager, good work/life balance.
Cons
Struggling financially for years, raises & bonuses practically nonexistent. Certain bonuses that were fully funded and promised by senior executives were not delivered. Former EDS / HP / HP Enterprise will feel right at home, as DXC represents the worst characteristics of all three former companies. Everything is about cutting costs, profit by attrition (doing more work with fewer people), and shifting work overseas. If you don't have the right manager, abysmal work/life balance.
